Almost all packed!

Leave Comment
All of my scrapping stuff is almost packed up for our move on Saturday!!! I started it yesterday afternoon. So far I have THREE pretty decent sized moving boxes filled with stuff. I havent even started packing my paper yet! lol I am thinking it will be a total of 5-6 boxes of JUST scrapping stuff. I am prepared for some jabbing from my brothers (who have to help carry all of this hehe) about my excessive amount of scrapbooking supplies!

I am so happy that I dont have to downsize my stuff now that we are moving! We stopped by to bring a few boxes of things last night. We are more than doubling our current amount of space. It really feels awesome. I still don't know what I am going to do with 3 bathrooms...lol Well 2.5 but still...three toilets lol We sat on the back patio last night just listening to the nature. You dont hear that where we are now, downtown Chicago. We are right on the lake and it was so relaxing and peaceful. I was having some reservations about leaving the city. It is a big change, 32 miles from our current home! We had this lull of several weeks between our decision and the move. Thankfully we went there Sat/Sun and we both feel awesome again about moving. We fit in this area. It is perfect for us. The house is perfect for us. We are both so excited and our reservations from overactive idle brains are gone. This is going to be a wonderful home to bring our new baby to!

Yesterday I unpacked my china and I put it in the nice glass cabinet over the "bar" area in the dining room. We are not big drinkers so the china goes in this cabinet, on display. It looks so pretty lol I am in LOVE!

On Saturday we bought our FIRST dining table! :D We have never had a kitchen or a dining room table together. We found a 5 piece dining set for.....drumroll please.... 199 dollars!!!! It was an awesome deal! :D We were beyond thrilled to spend that little on a 5 piece set. It is really sharp looking. Espresso wood (which is both of our favorite, all of our current wood is either espresso or black lol) It reminds me of Tahiti kind of. It has this interesting bamboo looking pattern running across the middle of the table and across the back of each chair. I cannot wait to pick it up this weekend. It is not too large, just the right size for our dining room area. Which is the raised area with the bar area to the left of it. I did not want some huge table jammed in there. I prefer to keep things spacious looking. So it is a cute table. I am excited to share photos from this weekend. LOTS of pages will be developing I think hehe
I forgot my camera both Sat/Sun like a silly pregnesia lady lol I NEVER forget my camera (normally) But I do have some photos from the realtor site :D Obviously the furniture in the photos is not ours...
