Craftella Scrapbooking: Oh the Heat!!! - Craftella Scrapbooking

While I am normally a HUGE fan of summer time, I am having a very hard time dealing with the heat we've been having the past few days. High 90's, with very high humidity. It makes it very difficult to be able to go outside and enjoy ourselves. We've been keeping the air conditioning at a lower than normal temperature just to have someplace to cool off. I can't imagine what that is going to do to our electric bill. It's to the point that even my 6 year old son doesn't want to go outside to play because it's too hot. Our little guy (18 months) could care less about the heat, he just wants to be outside. We went to the pool yesterday for about 2 hours and even with sunblock on I got a sunburn. The heat of the sun on the tops of my feet actually hurt. Luckily the weather is supposed to change mid-week and we should be back down to much more enjoyable and normal summer temperatures. I can't wait. It's hard to get motivated when the heat is so sweltering.
