I am a total animal person as well!! We don't have any pets at the moment. My oldest son had a pet rat and he passed away right after the 4th of July. I REALLY want to get my boys a dog!! Both of my boys take after me in the love of all creatures department...except for bugs..they both hate them!! LOL

I would totally go for the swimming pool!! That would mean I have a back yard and NOT live in a townhouse community where anything beyond our patio is community property...it stinks, especially when the neighborhood is filled with children hating, cranky old people who yell at small children just for the sheer pleasure of it!!! LOL

Car or SUV??

Oh my gosh!! I love my neighborhood! I don't have a huge backyard but it's fine for the kids. I think I would like a pool table. I like to have small get togethers...plus I am afraid my kids might drown...maybe later in life when they are older!!!

SUV girl...I have too many kids (just 3) plus I like to travel and a SUV would be great to pack everything and hit the open road :)

We have an SUV and a car. But I only have 2 kids..that are my own...LOL. When I babysit we don't leave the house!! 9 months M-F I am stuck at home..it gets old, but I am not complaining!

we're hoping to be out of our house before Christmas! I am so tired of living here...we've only been here for 3 years! They tore down the community playground, citing it wasn't safe, but have no plans to build a new one. It's crazy!! I guess it used to be an over 55 community and they opened it up to families awhile back. A lot of the original old fuddy duddies still live here and they don't like kids. Patrick got yelled at by an old lady because he was climbing a tree. Not because he could fall and hurt himself, but he could hurt the tree! You've got to be kidding me?? Of course it's all the old child hating people who are the board members here and they make all the decisions. They actually want to take out children's bus stop out of the community and put it up at the entrance which is off of a very busy 4 lane highway. Apparently the busses drive too fast. There are only 10 townhouse buildings and it's basically goes in a circle. There is NO possible way for the bus drivers to be going over the 15 mph speed limit and make the sharp turns. UGH! Okay...enough ranting!! LOL!!

I basically print from home. However, I will use a service like Snapfish if I can get a good deal. Like 500 pictures for $5 shipped or something like that. I just got $200 pictures for $2 but it cost me $11 shipping. It's still a good deal.

speaking of pictures...portrait (such as school or professional) pictures 5x7 or 8x10?

U know I have heard about that snapfish. I think i am going to look into it an see if I can start developing my pictures through there. Walmart is getting pretty pricey and I usu. have lots of pics. I also make 2-3 copies of one picture since I have 3 different albums for my kids. I need a good printer to print from home...I just haven't found one yet! I am thinking Christmas lol

And I don't blame u for wanting to move. It sounds so awful there. Those old people should try to be more understanding...really....kids have been climbing trees since the dawn of time lol. That one lady sounded demented! U need to move into a community with other little kids like yours. We live in a small town with a regular neighborhood mixed with all age types. I love this street cause I know practically everyone. We have lived here for 10years now and in this town since I was born! A lot of my family and my husband's family lives here. I hope yall find something soon!

hmmmm gonna have to go with 5x7....not protrait ( though I do like a good one now and then to hang in a frame) But I like to scrap all the 5x7"s lol

to embellish a page....would u prefer brads or ribbon?

That does sound like a crappy situation. It almost sounds as though they're trying to force the kids out, and make it a mature neighbourhood. It doesn't seem right though, because if it's affordable for a family, why shouldn't they be able to live there?
Embellishment-wise - you're going to make me choose? I love them both!!! If I MUST... I'll take brads because you can always fake some of the ribbon effects.

Houseplants - fake or real?

I am with Wendy on the housing situation!
I don't use much ribbon because I am not sure how to! Isn't that sad! I have plenty I think...but just never got around to really trying to incorporate it on my pages....so I would also have to go with brads! lol

as for houseplants...I think I would like real but they would probably die on me cause my house is so dark inside cause I keep my windows closed since it's sooooo hot outside! So I will pick fake since I already have about 4 around the house lol...they just gather dust! lol

ok ok...I got one! Creating Keepsakes Magazine or PaperCraft Magazine!! lol

Easy peasy!!! Creating Keepsakes. Paper Craft has a lot of cards in it and I really don't make cards at all. I will on occasion, like I made all the birthday invitations for the past few years for my boys, but I hate every minute of it!! LOL. As far as embellishments go I would choose ribbon over brads. I can never make brads look right. But I do love my ribbon!!

another scrappy question:

textured cardstock or smooth?

I LOVE me some textured cardstock! that's all I try to buy. It seems fancier to me for some reason! I'm so weird!! LOL

haha....I am with u with the creating keepsakes part! I love that mag....re: the cardstock...hmmmm don't know...I really don't pay attention...so I guess it's a draw! lol I just grab whatever looks good with my theme.

how about.....small group crops (like 3-4 among friends at home) or large crops (with pros teaching up front of the class and there are more than 20+ people???) lol

I'd have to say smaller crops, I don't take instruction very well!! LOL. I like to do what I like to do..you know what I mean, I don't want to be told to do this or that. I'm rebel!! hahahaha!

Tonights crop is going to full!! lots and lots of people. I think we have 10 seats (2 tables) for the group I am going with. I'm not even CLOSE to be prepared! I am trying to do so now, but with 2 kids and me trying to walk around my tiny bedroom it isn't going so well!! LOL

summer days or summer nights?

While I love to be out doing something during the day in the summer...so many fun activities to so...there is something absolutely wonderful about sitting outside on my patio on a hot and humid summer night. It's so relaxing to me...I just LOVE summer nights!

yeah I like the more casual atmosphere too. Just a group of friends getting together and talking about life...lol I think I would get frustrated if the instructor went to fast or I skipped a step lol
You have to tell me how it went tonight!! Did u have fun?? I am hoping I get to scrap tomorrow. I am soooo tired right now...

oh yeah for sure summer nights....we always have little get togethers at our house or families houses doing a BBQ and sitting outside enjoying the evening with the kids running around. It makes me feel blessed and serene....Posted Image.

The age old question....................coke or pepsi (if you had to choose) lol

Friday night went VERY VERY well!! These ladies were the greatest ever! I could seriously be friends with them! The one I got along with the best is from Kentucky. So I doubt I will see her anytime soon...I would love to scrap again with her! She traveled 840 miles for the convention!! At least we can stay connected on the CK website! I finally finished my page I have been working on for a week. Turned out cute...if I should say so myself!! LOL. My new templates worked out very well for me and filled in the spot I was stuck on...and the girl I was sitting with gave me the wonderful idea for the title. I was dealing with a migraine the entire crop...but I still had fun. Now I have been down and out..the headache hasn't really eased up much and it's now Sunday...but I am also running a bit of a fever..so it may be that something else is going on..I haven't had a chance to get a picture of my LO to post on here..but I will as soon as I get a chance.

Okay...the coke/pepsi debate. Such a hard one for me to choose. When it comes to regular diet pepsi or diet coke..I don't have a preference. I will buy what ever is on sale at the grocery store or whatever is available when I order it out. However, when it comes to the flavored sodas I am bit more picky...but it's still probably split down the middle. I LOVE diet Wild Cherry Pepsi over Cherry Coke. But I LOVE Vanilla coke over Vanilla Pepsi. I love the throw back pepsi that is out right now..so delicious..but I don't buy it often because it's not diet. I love Coke Zero..tastes pretty good...more like regular coke. SO in the end I can't decide between the two you can't make me!! HAHA

crunchy peanut butter or creamy???

I love them both. Crunchy is the best in the peanut butter and jelly sandwich...but I would much rather creamy in a peanut butter/marshmallow fluff sandwich.

I am glad the ladies u meet were great! Makes it even more fun when u make new friends! No rush on the pics. Whenever u feel up to it. Hope u were able to take a nap and get rid of that pesky headache...or whatever it was that ur body is fighting.
Joann's had a 5 dollar flat shipping and handling rate. So I went online today and bought some templates as well lol.....I need circle ones. I do a lot of squares but would like to try to do circles. So I got that today. Hopefully, it comes in soon so I can scrap more! I also signed up for snapfish. I have to go look back and see what prints I need to upload!! I am missing a lot of pics that I just loaded up in the computer but never printed out! Thanks for suggesting snapfish...just don't know when I will be able to do it.
As for the age old feud between the two drinks....i take either or but I do notice I will drink coke a lot. Also Dr pepper....lol I am not so much a cherry coke fan lol but my husband loves it lol

and yup I love crunchy peanut butter....yum yum....hmmmmmm i wonder if I have any lol Now u got me wanting some!
And I never had a peanut butter/marshmallow fluff sandwich....how do u do that? In bread or something different....sounds good!!

glue sticks or glue dots??

I LOVE marshmallow fluff and peanut butter sandwiches...what we call fluffernutter sandwiches around here! LOL. I just use it on regular bread. Peanut butter on one side, fluff on the other..put them together for pure deliciousness!! LOL.

Hopefully snapfish works out for you. I really like them and feel the quality is good. They are always having sales too!! can't beat it, I never pay full price for my pictures. At the Crop on Friday they gave out free 50 print Snapfish cards. 2 of the ladies didn't want theirs and gave them to me. So even more pictures I can print..yippee!! I have a bunch that need done.

I have to say glue dots on this one! I hate glue sticks...the adhesive never seems to stick very long and items start falling off my pages. But darn those glue dots will hard EVERYTHING!! gotta love them!! I love my ATG though and I use that for most everything now. I still use my glue dots for certain things though.

probably asked this one before..but I didn't feel like looking back on 5 pages...LOL
Coffee or tea??

I am a tea drinker..hate coffee...don't even like the smell of it! As a matter of fact it's 95 degrees out today and I had 2 cups of hot tea! but then again, I'm not feeling the greatest, so it's helped.

That does sound good! Gonna have to try that one day and let u know what I think! lol
And way to go with the snapfish! That is great!
I use glue stick for the paper and glue dots for more intricate stuff, metals, ribbon etc.....it's worked out for me so far lol I just hate to waste my dots cause they are expensive! lol

I am laughing about the tea and coffee thing....I think that was asked long time ago....lol but yeah way to far back to go and see......
now I drink both.....cold tea at restaurants....and one cup of coffee in the morning when I go to work....only cause I am soooooo sleepy and need to stay awake on the way over there. But I need tons of cream and sugar cause I can not stand it straight...ugh! I only need that one cup and then I am good for the rest of the day lol....

Halloween or Christmas?

While both hold some tradition for us. And I love both holidays....I have to pick Halloween first....there's just something about bobbing for apples, candies, jack o'lanterns and all the silly costumes!! lol

I love both! but I would have to go for Christmas!! I love that time of year...decorating the house...the kids all excited for Santa! But I do LOVE Halloween for pretty much the same reasons as you do!!

Chocolate or other type of sweet??

I prefer chewy candy over like a typical candy bar. I would much prefer a caramel...you know the little square ones they use to make caramel apples with?? those are my favorites! Red Swedish Fish...YUM!! I love chewy, chewy chewy! However, my jaw hates it. I have TMJ and it gets so sore when I eat anything that's really chewy..I shouldn't chew gum or anything...but I do!! LOL Only on occasion anyway. I try to stay away from all sweets, but there are certain times of the month where I crave it!

Yawn, I took a nap lol ok ok .....let's see....I would have to say the hard sweet kind. Like skittles, sweet tarts, jolly ranchers, now and laters......but my most absolute fave is turtles! I could eat those all day long. Sry to hear about ur TMJ. My aunt has that and she can suffer quite a bit from it. But when u have to have ur sweets, u got to have ur sweets...lol

Man, I am still sleepy lol.....which brings me to mind.....

sleeping in a cabin or sleeping in tent?

because I have kiddos i prefer a cabin...they can't deal with the great outdoors right now is the excuse I use. lol But once they get older.....we are gonna try to camp in a tent! ;) Never done it so this should prove to be interesting....

I'd have to say now a days sleep in a cabin! We used to tent camp all the time when I was younger. It was the only way my parents could afford to take us on vacation to the beach each year! You can't beat $15 a night!! LOL. I think it's now like $24 a night. I think we might try it when Colin, who is the youngest, is a bit older. Right now he still sleeps in a pack n play or crib. My hubby is not an outdoorsy kind of person..not sure camping will sit well with him...period!! LOL.

canned whipped cream...or cool whip? I'm on a sweet kick...can you tell. I'm proud to say I haven't given into it yet!! LOL.

I like both but prefer cool whip over regular whipped cream!
