So, OMG! I went to my first ever card-making class this past Monday and it was amazing! We only made 4 cards in the 3 and a half hours we were there, but they are gorgeous. I loved the techniques that we learned and I'm planning on using some of them to make a baptism card for my niece who is getting baptized at the end of the month. My mom came with me and we both had so much fun that we signed up for another class next month! The only thing we didn't like was that the whole thing seemed very rushed, but when you look at the finished product, you can understand why. The cards were very finicky with a lot of cutting out of things and that took a lot of time. All in all, I am very glad that we went to this class as I think I'll be able to take these techniques and apply them to other things.

Wow! They look great but I can see why you said that they were very finicky. It looks like there was lots of cutting, gluing & colouring. Great job!
