The Little Ones

So I have been so busy with things now that I am pregnant, not to mention I barely have energy to get everything else done. I haven't even had time to scrap! This is mainly why there have not been any challenges. Anyway, it is time for a new one.


We are going to keep this one simple. All you have to do is create a new page for this challenge specifically on a baby or child in your life!

No color or embellishment requirements, just a page about children. I am in the mothering mood lately haha.

It just has to have been created for this challenge, that is the only specification! Nice and simple.

Please have your entries submitted by July 14th! A winner will be chosen at random on July 15th.

I have included some of my pages on kids as an example. Remember, they do not have to look exactly like mine, these are simply for an idea.

OMG! I'm totally all over this one! Now I just need to clear off my scrapping table and actually DO some pages for my boys' books. (although I have the sinking feeling if I manage to submit anything they will all be for my toddler's baby book as I haven't yet printed out any pictures for the baby's.... )

I finally got a LO done. It's of my older son, but he is still a little one I wanted to do one of our little guy, but I had the idea for this LO already going in my head, so I had to go with it.

ooohhh in all of the challenges you have always been allowed to submit more than one! :-) people asked a while ago in some of them and the answer was yes. So I just figured to keep it that way. Why not? :-) I will be thinking of another challenge hopefully before this weekend! As long as my creative juices are flowin! haha

Maybe there should be a sticky post of the contest rules somewhere so people who are new or never really competed before can review.

hmm well the only thing I am worried about is two sets of rules will cause confusion. Because sometimes rules change from challenge to challenge ( like what has to be included etc.) I will just make sure to include in each specific challenge post from now on, the "general rules" Which basically are just two...the LO has to be created for the specific challenge (can't be one just laying around because it isnt fair to the people who do create it specially for the challenge) and you are allowed to submit more than one. So I will just make sure the latter is in each challenge post from now on too.

Congrats to Bonnie!

The bummer is I never got around to actually DOING a LO for the challenge. It's been super hot here and I had to rearrange my scrapping area so that we could bring the kids down to the basement to cool down a bit. I actually DID manage to do some scrapping last week, but all I got done was a little bit of journalling on a layout that I had already done. Oh well. Hopefully I can do a layout for the next challenge. I took some pictures of the kids today that I am dying to scrap, but I need to get them printed first.

hehe printing pics always holds me back too!!! I have an entire album and all the embellies, paper, stickers etc I need for our road trip this spring...but I havent even printed one photo!!! LOL Good luck...Today I am going to pamper myself a little and then come home and get working on some projects!!!!
